School Entry Fees

The poorest children in Burma have little chance of going to school because their parents earn roughly a dollar a day and cannot afford to send them, especially if they have several children. Many children have to work to help with the family income.

Each year the Burma Children's Fund pays for 500+ children to start school by providing them with school bags, stationery, uniforms and any fees required

They are so keen to have an education which transforms their lives and opens the door to the future for them.
